My worst possible service experience continues. Called first thing on Monday, of course no one in Swisscom called me as promised. My daughter still has no phone available .. 4 days later. Person on call tells me it will take 3 weeks for my case to be reviewed, despite confirming it is a Swisscom error. Also, the money charged to my credit card I did to unblock the phone, since no other option. Cant be refunded.. I have to absorb a 700chf credit over months. As you can imagine this is toally unacceptbale. so please dont tell me someone is dealing with it... I have to wait 3 weeks and I also still waiting on a reply to my email. Does SWISSCOM actually have any Customer support?????? Shocking and not only does this continue to get worse nobody seems to care..
