My Swisscom Nightmare is not yet over. In 2014 I visited Swisscom shop several time to cancel my already paid Facture, well it is same this year. I am again charged for the activation of Swisscom TV 2.0, which was already settled at Swisscom shop. So this afternoon, I went to Swisscom shop to cancel it. After waiting long time, I got a S****a T name apprentice to cancel my Facture, which she did after long of struggle. Then I asked her that, why can't I get logg in to my Swisscom TV 2.0 at my mobile and at my IPad. For no surprise she said, I don't know. Well I asked her to short it out. But to my surprise, whe was more busy in sending whatsapp msg to her friends rather then solving my problem. I said, sorry I will not leave, until I am not getting response to my problem. Then she called online service, and to another Swisscom surprise I got to know that my Swisscom TV 2.0 login is on my wife's name, which we already changed last year. I asked her, why it is like this? As I changed last year, as I have written proof of changing it. Then she talked to the person online at phone that I (my nationality) is crazy and started laughing, at this point I talked to her, please donot laugh and I do understand French also. Then she called her another staff member named M D**s. She was even more rude to me. She refused to do anything to sort out my problem. I asked her, okay give me in written and she was so pissed off that she said merde, connard, fucking ( My nationality) and other kind of blabla. I also lost my Kool, I talked fort at this time and said, I am paying for full service, you guys need to sort out my problem or otherwise give me in written. She choose to give it in written. So my question is, Do I have to go to police to file a complain? Or do I have to go to any advocate or lawyer? This is not acceptable, as I pay every month on time for the Swisscom services and in return, what I get is just insult, not proper service and mental harassment. Please do let me know, how can I send a written complaint and what you guys will do to sort out my problem. Thanks Swisscom for such a nice New Year Gift.
