Hello, I have the same problem. Just for Info.... I have a Professional line (called PME). 2 days ago Swisscom works on the "central unit" where I live and someone did no the job correctly, so i'm without Internet (Professional line at Home Office). I have Servers at home with my email server. Called to Helpdesk and by the first guy the line dropped where I was on theline. Called a second time and I had an other guy where he told me a technician on place will call me soon (the same evening). After 2 half hour no news. Called again asking for a manager to know whats happen because I'm still waiting for a call or news from Local technician or Swisscom. The manager told me that the second guy where i had on the phone did a mistake and there is no technician on place where can solve my problem (Reminder: I'm PME), but from next day (Saturday) thecnician will be disponible from 8hAM and the problem should be solved. (. At 11h PM I slow down with my nervous and I sayd "OK, now (11h PM) there is no technician so I wait tomorrow morning". 9hAM in the morning still no Internet (I should work), take a cafe and wait until 10h AM. As I would take my Mobile for calling Swisscom I received a call from Swisscom, there is a Technical Manager on the line called "Hanane Bouschuaur" or something like that where she told me there is no technician until Wednesday. I told her that is no possible, I loose much money without internet and they have to find a solution. I asked her why there are no technician until Wednesdday and she told that all are busy until this date. I again explain my problem, without Internet I can't do my job (I'm IT System Engineer) and no possibility to gain some money (My days work). After 20 minute on the phone she (HANANE Bouschuaur) decided that I insult her and she closed the phone. REALLY a POORLY EDUCATED PEOPLE WHERE WORK BY SWISSCOM. (Each time we call Swisscom there is a information that we are recorded, if someone from swisscom can check if I insulted her). I pay 120.- CHF in Month, Friday 19 September I had no Internet and I should wait until Wednesday 24 September as a technician wil call me!!!!!! 6 DAYS I can't do My Job. I'll end of the month cancel my contract by Swisscom and reclaim some domage from my Bussinnes for 6 Day. Very surprised from Swisscom! Poor support!
