Hello, I am a Swisscom customer and have been since May of this year. I moved from the US and brought with me an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4. Once in Switzerland, I went through the proper steps with AT&T to unlock my phone. The phone now has my Swisscom SIM card in and it will call and text perfectly. Data, however, will not work. I have checked the APN with another Swisscom user who has a Samsung Galaxy S4 and our settings are identical. The only difference I can find is that my "Mobile network type" is UMTS where his is different. I have also taken the SIM card out of the phone and placed it in another smartphone and it worked. Can you recommend any other things I can check since the issue is clearly with the settings on my phone? I have been paying for data since May and have not been able to use it at all.
