For the second time in two months I was billed for other services, report of work. I was experiencing internet problems and an agent had to be sent out to fix the problem. I was without Internet, Swisscom TV and telephone for approx 5 days. I am being charged for these call outs. Called help desk to sort it out and he guy helping me asked if I can call back he next day because they are closing now. I obviously said no, and he put me on hold, then the line was disconnected. I have also seen some things added to my bill hat I never requested (international fixed network option). I must say this is not the first time that I have experienced service problems with Swisscom. Really disappointed
