This is really a problem and it's surprising that an upgrade like the new Swisscom box has gone backwards instead of staying the same or improving. Seniors make up a large proportion of television viewers and for them, often the audio features are more important than new enhanced picture quality. For couples where one spouse has hearing problems yet the other does not, being able to adjust the headphone and TV volume separately is essential. I have been trying to get back an older box (in exchange for our new one), but it seems that it is no longer available - the only way to get one would be for a Swisscom shop to give you one which another customer has brought in to exchange with the new one. Unfortunately it's impossible to call a Swisscom shop directly (we have one here in Meyrin) in order to ask them to put one aside (we have been told that this would be the only possibility). Unfortunately, because both my husband and myself are in a high risk category, we have been advised not to visit the shop while the virus is rampant, however it is impossible to call the Swisscom shop directly. I have explained the problem with three telephone call to the 0800 800 800 number, but even they were unable to get in touch with the Meyrin Swisscom shop,,,
