Dear Sir/Madam,
The restrictions regarding coronavirus have meant that I have not been able to visit my apartment
in Iseltwald since February 19th this year and I will not be able to visit Iseltwald until, at the earliest,
June 6th 2021. The apartment will have remained empty for for 15 months with your WIFI/broad-
band system disconnected. During this time I have been paying CHF50.00 per month ( a total of
CHF 750.00).
In these circumstances, which are beyond my control, I was wondering if you could offer me a
refund/reduction on these payments as I have not been able to use my Swiss landline, WIFI or
TV services for this period of time.
I am also concerned that the systems may have been shut down due to the lack of use. Perhaps
you could advise me about this. I am anxious to know that the system is fully functional when I
arrive in my apartment on June 6th.
