Why have I not received a confirmation that I have left swisscom. Why is Swisscom not authorizing my porting of my number? On 16.1.2014 I filled out an online form to cancel all my connections and services with Swisscom. Since then I have never recieved any sort of confirmation, in an email or in a letter. Instead the next day I recieved a phone call from a pushy saleswoman, who wanted to make a new deal. Furthermore, after signing numerous powers of attornies for the porting of my number by Sunrise, and to cancel my services, swisscom refuses to do so, saying the names do not match. My name is Ronald Kent Gibson, and at Swisscom I am listed under Ronald Gibson. To me the names match. Please help me I am losing my patience. I have already spent too much time trying to sort this out.
