Since the update to 17.20.18, myCloud has been unable to connect to the internet.
In addition to this, attempting change the files that are synced with the desktop are not loading, though I assume this is due to the first issues.
This same issue is consitent across two computers on different networks.
I had the same thing with the Java platform SE binary. It got to the point where I just decided to uninstall myCloud desktop, was making using my computer unusable. I emailed the support about a few days ago but I haven't heard anything back.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We noticed this problem and we working at high pressure to probe and solve the causes of this problem. Im sorry that im not able to give you more informations at this point but i will inform you as soon as there are any news in association with this problem.

'No internet connection' message has disappeared - nowI have 'Preparing...' and it stays like that forever.
in the background Java consumes a lot of memory and CPU percentage.
Is your experience improved since the new update 17.33.23 ?
