My Cloud Not able to connect to internet.

Hi,
Since the update to 17.20.18, myCloud has been unable to connect to the internet.

In addition to this, attempting change the files that are synced with the desktop are not loading, though I assume this is due to the first issues.

This same issue is consitent across two computers on different networks.

Thanks,

I have the same problem and when I look at the Windows Task Manager, Java (TM) Platform SE binary occupies 30% of the CPU busy all the time!!!!!

I had the same thing with the Java platform SE binary. It got to the point where I just decided to uninstall myCloud desktop, was making using my computer unusable. I emailed the support about a few days ago but I haven't heard anything back.

Seems like the client is re-scanning sync directory everytime it notices a change. This behavior is VERY disruptive to work, as it makes the computer bearly responsive...

Hi,

I am on Windows 10.

Mycould has been updated on my machine to 17.29.11

'No internet connection' message has disappeared - nowI have 'Preparing...' and it stays like that forever.

in the background Java consumes a lot of memory and CPU percentage.

Is your experience improved since the new update 17.33.23 ?

If you encounter problems with duplication of your folders, know that our developers are working on that too.

One issue is that the Java Platform runs continously and CPU is occupied.

Thanks.
