Your data is safe. First check mycloud on the web. Are they visible there? If so, look in mycloud desk in settings under settings to see whether the folders are selected for synchronization.
If not, look in the trash on your device or in mycloud.
We have never had a case of data loss. If that doesn’t help, please send me your email (login mycloud). And we’re looking at it.
