Adding two additional numbers to our inOne package

I would like to add my children's numbers to the inOne package so that they could also benefit from a discount. How do I do that?

One of the easiest solutions for you is to have this problem solved via the hotline. They can also, if you wish, have all numbers run directly to you.


If you only want to benefit from the discount, you can add the people to your inOne group in the customer center at


Note that the billing address must be the same! Sometimes the activation does not work correctly - then you as a parent have to call the hotline to have them activate this request.


Usually after adding the procedure should work after 15 minutes to 24 hours. You then pay the used part of the subscription and get a percentage of the discount credited for the current month.


Please note that the subscription cannot be 'smaller' than the inOne Mobile Go! basic and smaller subscriptions do not work with this discount!
