configuration Harmony one + avec tv box

    • Good morning,

    I have had a Logitech Harmony one + for a very long time and I just received the TV box from Swisscom.

    After various research, I understood:

    - that I could not make my Harmony one learn the functions of the swsscom remote control because it is not IR

    I read through your posts that some were talking about a USB/IR adapter to plug into the TV box

    So far, I roughly understand: this adapter should allow me to control the tv box with my Harmony since IR to IR signal BUT how do I make my Harmony learn the commands??? I use Logitech Remote Software on my computer

      how do you use your logitech harmony one when Swisscom no longer sells the IR dongle (although indicated in the instructions for the TV Box 2)?????

      I bought a FLIRC key: I spent the weekend there without success…..

      I have the logitech harmony remote software and I can’t find it…..

        Sorry for the late response but I had to wait 6 months to get my swisscom dongle….

        My husband tried to make another IR but it didn’t work… I guess there are different frequencies(?)

        I downloaded the latest version of the Logitech on-line software, plugged in the “real” UHT kit from Swisscom and
