Hi 

 

Yesterday our tv box will not switch on, we have canned remote batteries, used the remote feature on the iPhone and manual switched on and off but it does not switch on, I have checked with the router and it is not listing the tv box, it has been working perfectly until yesterday afternoon. 

 

have you any ideas how I can solve the issue of it not connecting or turning on

have you checked your Power-Supply? 


If this is ok, then i suggest you to contact 0800 800 800 for further help or device exchange.
