Swisscom TV

Hi all,

 

Actually my second TV Box does not work. When I turn on the television and my second tv box, it tells me that the signal is already using by another device but I do not understand it because I have no other device besides the two tv boxes. Factually I should be able to watch at the same time two televisions since I have two swisscom TV boxes. The first tv box works properly but not the second....

As a further information, I recently moved in but the internet line is fine.

 

Anyone can support me on the above issue?
