Swisscom TV keeps returning to the "language selection" page

Hi,

 

I just got the Swisscom TV box and I have a problem. I have done the initial setup (language selection, replays, age restriction etc.) and afterwards I get to the homepage. But, as soon as I try to use one of the TV apps (e.g. Netflix), when I exit from the app (by pressing the "Back" or the "Home" button on the remote) I get the initial setup again (the language selection screen). This also happens when I switch the TV box off and then on again - always the initial setup all over again 😞

What can I do?

Have you tried to perform a reset of your TV-Box?

 

If it doesn't help, I guess the solution would be to exchange it. You need to contact our assistance for that.
