New to Switzerland

Hi all,

I’m new to Switzerland and trying to figure out how TV works here. So I pay Billag every year and that covers basic broadcast channels? And then I can get Swisscom or UPC to get more channels? How do you tune in to the free Billag/srf channels? With antennas or is it digital? If digital how do I get set up?

Billag is responsible for collecting audiovisual licence fees in Switzerland https://www.billag.ch/private/fees/

Billag does not allow you to get TV channels. You have to get a subscription from a TV/Internet provider.
