In other words, is there any event triggered after the back button is pressed? Our main intention to set this back button on the remote control on Swisscom tv box IP1400 to work on the same way as back button works in the web browser so we need an info is there any listener we can catch that will help us to handle pressing the back button by the user. This feature we wish to implement on the web app (that works with javascript) we built that will be navigated via Swisscom tv box remote control.

The personalization / programming of functions of a remote control connected to a TV-Box UHD IP1400 is unfortunately not possible, nor on any other TV-Box for that matter, unless I am mistaken. The modifications are carried out globally and distributed with the update versions of the TV-Box software, consult the system information in the parameters, to know if the version is up to date, otherwise carry out a reset / reboot of the TV -Box and if necessary also the Internet-Box.

With TV-Air from Swisscom (Web-TV) the possibilities of the functions are greater and above all the reactivity is better.

Depending on the quality of the speed and maximum speed of the connection: either with an installation of copper or optical fiber cables, consider switching to more recent devices: Swisscom Box IP2000 (voice) and Internet- Box 3. In order to benefit from all the new improvements and technologies, the speed of the functions and the response times are much better.
