Voice assist

Just upgraded to tv box uhd, and the voice assist only worked for about a week.   When the microphone button is pressed the indicator on the tv screen activates but does not respond to the request.    

tried turning the box  off for a while.  Would reset help, do you lose recordings if reset.

@Binzer Yes, it could help, just try it. As all recordings are stored in the cloud you won‘t loose anything. A feedback if it works after a reset, would be appreciated.

 

please check under „settings“ „Voice Assistant“ „on the remote controle“ if the tick is set in the field „activate“ after the reset (actually it should)

@Binzer, did you try the reset, and if yes, did it help? This would a useful answer for similar cases. Thank you in advance.

Hi.    Just reset it,, no change.  Will call Swisscom and see what they say… will update after..

@Binzer Thanks for the info ,I hope a call there at 0800 800800 will help. Feedback will be still appreciated.


It could be a problem with the box itself, which will be replaced in this case. Really interesting what is the reason for that behaviour.
