Tv box no signal

Hello!

 

I have basic tv subscription because I don't really watch much tv. I tried using it but it tells me the following message

 

No TV signal is currently available from this channel.

 

I've tried all the channels that are supposed to be available on my subscription but none have access. I

 also tried following the instructions given online by swisscom to sort the problem but it didn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone

 

Just wanted to let you know that we finally solved the problem. It was the cables (both old and new) were not working properly

I appreciate all your help and recommendations

RESET / REBOOT TV-Box and Router -> TEST

 

for a better targeted help

please specify the devices used TV-Box, Internet-Box (Router) , other ?

and connection mode TV-Box <-> Router ?

Hello

 

Thank you very much for your suggestion.

We ave done all the things you have suggested and even got a new tv box, as it  was outdated. The new box is working perfectly with all the apps but the access to the local tv channels is still not working, giving the same messages, we have changed everything, including the cables but the problem remains. 

 

Any more ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated

@Schintidu23 In that case I would call the Hotline 0800 800 800, the technical specialists can check what is going wrong with your connection.
