Dialogue when TV-box in standby

After switching my SONY TV to standby (off), occasionally audio can be heard coming from grey grill on the top of my Swisscom TV-box. It was spooky at first. I had no idea the TV box had a speaker in it. The microphone is always off using the side switch, confirmed by the red LED. When it occurs it is normally within a few minutes of switching the TV off and then dialogue can be heard occasionally for up to 10 minutes afterwards. The box never makes a sound when the TV is on. I have the UHD TV box with voice assist and OS4.

Does anyone else have the same issue, or do I have a ghost in the machine?

thanks for contribution

no ghost on the Swisscom Box (IP2000)

there is above the box, the part with a gray retina

buttons to adjust the volume that are not very visible

just decrease the volume by pressing the "-" button

Note:

these buttons can be used to listen to the radio for example, without the TV being turned on

Swisscom Box: Overview and instructions – Help | Swisscom

use the front view tab

Swisscom Box + / - buttons

To regulate the volume of the Swisscom Box.
