Don’t pick up the phone; send a text instead! Contact Swisscom quickly and easily [UPDATED]
Not everyone wants to call the Swisscom hotline with enquiries relating to services, invoices or products. That’s why you can also contact Swisscom 24/7 by texting 888 or using Apple Business Chat. Wherever you are in Switzerland, you can contact Swisscom quickly, easily and free of charge. Getting in touch with Swisscom is quick and easy.
Texting the hotline instead of calling has clear advantages:
You can send your enquiry at a time that suits you. This means that you've raised the question with Swisscom, allowing them to respond as quickly as possible by text during opening hours (Mon - Fri 8 am - 8 pm, Sat 8 am-5 pm).
Unlike using the hotline, you won’t need your phone to your ear and can instead put the matter aside until you hear back from Swisscom.
Your communication is documented in your message thread and you can reread it at any time.
This text message contact service is free of charge throughout Switzerland. Depending on your subscription, you may incur charges abroad.
Depending on your mobile phone, there are a number of ways to text Swisscom.
