Considering texting the hotline rather than calling? There are clear benefits:
You can send your enquiry at a time that suits you. This means that you’ve raised the issue with Swisscom, allowing them to respond as quickly as possible by text during business hours (Mon–Fri 8.00–20.00, Sat 8.00–17.00).
Unlike using the hotline, you won’t need your phone to your ear and can instead put the matter aside until you hear back from Swisscom.

On your Apple device, go to www.swisscom.ch/start-abc or your My Swisscom app. You can also ask Siri for this contact option – you will then need to click on the Message icon. You can now text your enquiry to Swisscom.
