Not everyone wants to call the Swisscom hotline with enquiries relating to services, invoices or products. That’s why you can also contact Swisscom 24/7 by texting 888 or using Apple Business Chat. Wherever you are in Switzerland, you can contact Swisscom quickly, easily and free of charge. Getting in touch with Swisscom is quick and easy.


Texting the hotline instead of calling has clear advantages:

  • You can send your enquiry at a time that suits you. This means that you've raised the question with Swisscom, allowing them to respond as quickly as possible by text during opening hours (Mon - Fri 8 am - 8 pm, Sat 8 am-5 pm).
  • Unlike using the hotline, you won’t need your phone to your ear and can instead put the matter aside until you hear back from Swisscom.
  • Your communication is documented in your message thread and you can reread it at any time.
  • This text message contact service is free of charge throughout Switzerland. Depending on your subscription, you may incur charges abroad.

Depending on your mobile phone, there are a number of ways to text Swisscom.


For iPhone users: Apple Business Chat

Apple Business Chat enables iOS users (iOS 11.3 onwards) to contact Swisscom via iPhone, iPad or MacBook. On your Apple device, go to or your My Swisscom app. You can also ask Siri for this contact option – you will then need to click on the Message icon. You can now text your enquiry to Swisscom.


Apple Business Chat can also provide instant help on PUK code issues, setting up your Swisscom TV and viewing bills. 24/7 thanks to automatic answering.


For all other devices: SMS to 888

No Apple device? No worries! You can still send an SMS to Swisscom. Simply enter your enquiry in free text and send it to 888. It will be dealt with by Swisscom customer advisors and answered by SMS.


The service is available in German, French, Italian and English. Enquiries are handled from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Enquiries arriving later are dealt with on the next working day. This service is available to users of all operating systems.
