With the Sky app, you can watch your sports programmes, films and series directly on Swisscom blue TV. In the following article, you can see how to use the Sky app and streaming services, and easily pay for your Sky Pass together with your TV subscription.
The Sky app is available on the TV-Box (UHD), the Swisscom Box and the Swisscom Box 21.
Unfortunately, the Sky app is not available with the TV-Box (HD).
What do I need to use the Sky app?
In addition to a compatible TV-Box, you need an account with Sky. You can either register directly on your TV-Box or the Sky Switzerland website. If you already have an account, you can connect your TV-Box to your account via http://www.sky.ch/en/start with the code that the app displays on the box.
Which Sky subscriptions exist?
For Sky Sport, you can purchase an event pass (one-time purchase for 24 hours) or a monthly pass (subscription until revoked). For Sky Show, you can purchase an Entertainment subscription or an Entertainment & Cinema subscription (monthly subscription until revoked). > Go to prices
You can open the app on the Swisscom TV-Box without an account or subscription and browse through the channels and programmes on offer. But you will need to log in/register and purchase a pass if you wish to view any of the content. You can also visit http://sport.sky.ch/en or http://show.sky.ch/en to view the channels and programmes.
How do I pay for my Sky subscription with the Swisscom bill?
You can pay for your Sky subscription directly with Swisscom Pay. Your SkyPass will then be charged to your TV subscription bill. You can also pay via Swisscom Natel® Pay, which will be used to charge the Sky Pass to your mobile bill.
