Hi Swisscom,

I just received the information that you cancel the product inOne light, for CHF 50 per month, and replace it with a new product costing CHF 60, without asking me if I agree!!!

Please forward this message to the CEO.

I am very unhappy, about that thining. Can you imagine the damage you do our country, with a price, raising 20%?

And this money goes for financing the Italian FastWeb, and we poor Swiss users pay that investment, with 20% p.a.

Here I see a bad move: You you are State supported company, you are not a free company on the market, and you profit from it.

I am sorry to say: Stop this price increase, please, don't hurt our country Switzerland!

I am very sorry to read your dissatisfaction.

Swisscom regularly withdraws old subscriptions from its portfolio. By offering a more limited range of products, Swisscom can offer customers faster, easier and better support and advice.

The subscription inOne home light, CHF 50.- was a niche product for occasional users with a maximal speed of 10 Mbit/s.

On the 24th July, the inOne home light won't be available anymore. The concerned customers will get the basic Home with a better speed of 50 Mbit/s. It costs CHF 59.90 or an additional CHF 9.90. The existing inOne home light customers will benefit from a promotion until the end of August. This way, you pay the previous price for an extra month. The new price will be charged from the September invoice.

A faster speed offers a better stability with multiple devices, meet the current quality standards and adapts to customer needs for downloading, gaming and home office.

However, if you should not be ok with this change, you have the possibility to exercise your special right of cancellation. For this, I kindly invite you to contact us here.

I would ideally like to switch to an pay-per-use internet only and if not available (yet) to minimum monthly cost for an internet only subscription. What is Swisscom offering?

A pay-per-use internet is not available from Swisscom. I don't know of any provider in Switzerland that offers it either.
