Change to PrePaid

Dear Swisscom,

As per 1 August I will be starting my new job.

Would it be possible to change my current mobile subscription (private) to a prepaid?

Reason of me asking is that I will receive a business subscription and do not want to loose my private number.

I aim to run a dual sim on the newest iPhone.

Thanks for thinking with me.

Kind regards,

Niek

Hello @Frineiliss93 and welcome in the Swisscom Community 🙂

The solution is to contact our cancellation department https://bit.ly/36Mmi0R to switch your subscription to a Prepaid number.

According to your file, it's already done 👍

@Frineiliss93 The opposite case is more common, but I do not think that there is any problem that your number remains with you, but to be sure and to discuss the conditions I would recommend to call the hotline 0800 800 800 or contact Swisscom in written form here:
