Our website is blocked by Swisscom

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Our Jira instance ( https://dev.enernova.ch/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa ) and some other pages belonging to our company are being blocked on Swisscom's networks. I have already submitted requests through https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/help/internet/internetguard/formular.html a couple of weeks ago, but nobody had contacted us about the issue.

We do not operate any malware on our servers, and the web services we operate are mostly for use by our employees (like the aforementioned Jira project management software instance).

Could you please help us get our sites unblocked or notify us of the reason for blocking the sites?

The domain enernova.ch is blocked completely by Internet Guard.

Maybe you could try again to go trough the online formular, normally you should get an answer or the domain should be whitelisted.

Did you scan/check your server for any abnormal files or behaviour?

If there are different servers for any subdomain in enernova.ch, you might also need to have a look at those.

It seems that there was some malware infection present last year:

If the malware is not present anymore, it might be, that some lists did not remove the domain.
