Hi,

hope somebody can help.

in the last few days WiFi speed dropped significantly.

internet is really fast at the point of entry but drops when going through router.

we tried resetting, WiFi channels etc but nothing seems to help.

any advice?

Did you already talk to the technical support regarding your issue? They have the tools needed to analyse it properly. You can reach them by calling 0800 800 800.

Or did you find an other solution in the meantime?

hi IvanH,

ha, yes, i finally did, after trying all things and being biased that Swisscom wouldn't help...i know, i know...

 

anyway, they helped, sent me new router and things got back to high speed.

 

lesson learnt 🙂
