have you tried to unplug the Booster and then reboot the Internet-Box?
If this doesn't work, you should call the Hotline at 0800 800 800 - i think its mandatory to give the Booster back to swisscom either.
I’ve tried the reboot without luck.
Then i suggest you to try to reset your router - if this doesnt work too, contact the service hotline at 0800800800.
