Finnaly, I bought this device for checking out (there is a 14 day return, if the device is not fit for me).

Its fit for my case. But I had to connect Wlan-Box 2 by ethernet cable("daisy connection") to the my Internet-Box 2.

All my Google devices and smart home devices(lights and switches) are working well.

Hi IvanH!

I have a question.
Does WLAN-Box 2 work on a "mesh" basis?
I mean - will the device be perceived as the main network?
This is important for me, since my Google Home and Google Nest devices must be in the same Wifi network.
For example: Google Home device is connected to Internet Box 2(my main router in home),
and Google Nest device will be connected to WLAN-Box 2 and Google Nest device should perceive his connection as to Internet Box 2.

Thanx.

Hi all,

I got the WLAN Box with a new subscription - in theory it seems to be a good device (supports Wifi 6 which I wanted anyway) however I don't seem to get it to pair with the Internet Box.

Through WLAN the led switches red/white for a while (which is good, indicating pairing) - but then it doesn't finish. So afer a while the led is 'red' again. I tried pairing over ethernet (pressing the '+' while connected by cable on both boxes) but that did seem to do even less - i.e. the plusses even don't light up as it should.

I checked if I was close enough to the Internet Box - which is the case - so in theory I can't have done so much wrong I think (especially seeing that the pairing process at list starts wireless)

Does anybody has an idea on 'how' this can be fixed?

Regards,

Johan.

Hi @Zautteuseu43

Have you managed to pair your WLAN Box to your router in the meantime ?

If you haven't, you can ask for a callback from our customer support here.

Cheers

Hi Leyla,

It doesn't work yet and I was busy with some other things - lots of things need to happen when you move :-).

I will try a last time today and otherwise ask for a callback through the link you provided me.

I'll keep you posted.

Regards,

Johan.
