@Neuchiwi98 This is a clients help clients community, we have no access to your data. Furthermore this is an open forum, where everyone can take a look an misuse your private data, please remove all private data (adress, telefone number) from your post

 

Concerning 4 G in China, you can take a look on the list below which Chinese Provider you can choose to have 4G.

Other question, could you please check if you have activated 4G (I suppose you have, but it is better check again)?:
