Two Natel Easy SIM Cards but cockpit only allows access to one number to top up

I have two iPhones, each with their own Natel Easy pre-paid SIM card.

 

I have topped up one SIM with cockpit many times as it is a SIM card I have used for some time.

 

I now have a second phone with its own SIM card and own number.  I bought this one month ago, and registered it in my name, exactly as when I purchased the first SIM last year. Also bought at the same shop.

 

When I go to cockpit I can not link the second number to cockpit to be able to top it up.  I have now run out of credit on this second SIM card, and don't know how to add new credit.

 

I can't see how to add a second number, or how to log out of cockpit and create a second user / account for the other SIM card number. 

 

Help!! ?

I solve the issue I bought a voucher from the supermarket (Denner) and then topped up the empty SIM from the phone with that SIM.  The money was credited to the SIM.

 

 

That is fine for my current use.
