Avoid loss of number

I am stuck abroad and to not want to loose my Prepaid number for my phone.  What do I have to do, as I do not want to lose the money I have still available in the account.

To avoid any deactivation of your SIM card, we recommend to send an SMS or make a call every 6 months. See more information on this link https://bit.ly/3jIHY2F
