WINGO Internet Box Plus
Hello,
I have installed the WINGO Internetbox Plus since the beginning of the month. I first set up my VPN by opening a few ports (port forwarding) in the box. Then WINGO Support enabled local access to the router, making it easier for me to configure the box (the graphical interface looks very similar to the swisscom router). Unfortunately, the configurations (port forwarding) that I had already set in the MyWingo interface can no longer be seen. I tried reconfiguring the ports (via the local interface) but the router tells me that the ports are already configured. I don’t see them, but the rules are there. I tried contacting WINGO but what I got is that they re-enabled the external interface (MyWingo) where I could see the rules again, and then re-enabled the internal local WEB interface where I couldn’t saw more. What can I do to see the rule locally? Do I need to reset the router? But then local access remains activated on the box? I also looked for the option to save the configuration, but in this version of the firmware it doesn’t seem to exist.
Maybe someone has had this problem before and knows how to solve it?
