Since I installed the new TV, the swisscom box menu no longer works as intended.
Once a film has started, you can press OK and then start the film from the beginning.
But this no longer works when you go down the menu, the menu then always jumps one level lower. ]
Funny. I know the behavior you described, it’s happened to me too. Since all of my “TV stuff” is connected to a power strip, I sometimes “turn off the power to everything for 10 seconds” when problems like this occur (i.e. just unplug the power strip and wait).
Still helped with harmony problems.
So restarting TV-Box completely might help.
