suspending all submission

Good day,

 

I have left Geneva till September so was wondering if there is possibility to suspend not only mobile subscription but also internet and all kind of services which I am currently using.

 

could you please advice what should I do if its possible,

It is possible to suspend your mobile subscription for a period between 2 and 12 months. 

You can do it directly on your My Swisscom account: https://bit.ly/2SpdWZo.

 

Regarding your inOnehome package, you have the possibility to downgrade or cancel it.
