status of internet installation

Hello,

A few weeks before I have asked to you the installation of internet at my new home (I never had before a contract with you because we just arrived to Switzerland). The address I gave you is: *address placeholder*

 

Please I want to know the status of this request. Also I have the following concerns: 

- Do we have a discount for NESTLÉ employees?

- We´ll need  amplifiers, so how can I include that in the request?

- I want to know when can I have the internet services?  

- Finally, when and how can I pay?
