Hi all - i have a issue with MySwisscom - a while back we used some services (application cloud) and had a swissom log in - when setting up, we put down an address we where about to move into - it never happened and it seems i am unable to change the address - AND for some time cannot get access to features on MySwisscom, as it prompts to send an address verification letter to the address mentioned above 

 

i cannot seem to get past this - any ideas all ?

@Vioffeulie62 If you're not able to change the address in MySwisscom, then I think it is the best to contact Swisscom directly, the number of the Hotline is 0800 800 800.

 

Otherwise you can go to the Swisscom contact page, to write them your problem directly:
