Paying a bill

Hello, 

 

I received my bill on my email and trying to pay online as per email but i cannot see my bill when I login as well as not able to pay online.

You probably don't enter the correct Swisscom login as you should be able to see your bills and pay them via Twint or credit card.

I can not see the bills in my account to do the payments!

would you please send me the bills separately so i dont miss thepayment!
