Thank you for your answer, but I am not planning to pay for international call to delete account in service that I am not using. I will just mark it as spam in my mailbox and redirect all messages to trash.
Were you able to resolve your issue in any other way? If not, please send me your details such as customer number, full name of the My Swisscom account and the username via private message. Afterwards I will gladly take care of it.
