Checking / paying bills

Hello 

 

I am wondering how my bills are being paid. I realise that my Account is not charged by Swisscom, I do not receive bills via mail nor e bill and I cannot access my account online as I am being requested an invoice number, but I cannot access my invoices online ... 

 

How can I get access to my account. Please do not send me the usual procedure as you have done this before and since I cannot enter an invoice number it does not work. I Just need an invoice number so I can actually follow the procedure.

It seems like your bills are paid by direct debit.

 

If you cannot log into your My Swisscom account, please click on "Forgotten password" and follow the steps.

@jeremieBchx74 This is a customer help customer community, so we don't have access to your data.

 

You can find your bills in the customers center MySwisscom (the access data are the same as for e-mail,, TV-air or normally also this Community), if no more know them, you should contact the Hotline 0800 800 800):

 

https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom/dashboard

 

If you can enter there you go directly to "Bills" and click there:

then to respective month:

 and there you find the in the pdf with invoice number (germ. Rechnungsnummer)
