I am wondering how my bills are being paid. I realise that my Account is not charged by Swisscom, I do not receive bills via mail nor e bill and I cannot access my account online as I am being requested an invoice number, but I cannot access my invoices online ...
How can I get access to my account. Please do not send me the usual procedure as you have done this before and since I cannot enter an invoice number it does not work. I Just need an invoice number so I can actually follow the procedure.
