Cannot connect to route

Swisscom fiddles eternally with routers. Now I cannot even bring up the login page for 192.168.1.1 (the router's network IP).  As is now also typical, there is no one to ask what to do. Just a lot of trivial pages with pretty pictures about where to plug this and that in. Monopolistic garbage.

i am very sorry that you didn't got any help by the Support or the Website.

Please try to restart the router and try it again.

If this doesn't work, reset the box by using a pin pushed into the RESET-Hole.

if you don't use  custom dns you're able to reach the internet-box webui through http://internetbox.home
