Cannot change anything in MySwisscom

Hello

 

For weeks now I have tried to make changes to the settings in my Swisscom (change contact number, edit TV channels), I always get an error message in a red banner saying that it failed. 

 

This is extremely frustrating. Does anyone know what's going on?

thank you for the contribution

 

first make sure that the Swisscom Login is correct

then clean the browsing history on the browser

perform a RESET / REBOOT of the device used

use and test with another browser

 

if problem persists contact the Swisscom Hotline
