where to upload invoice from previous provider penalties?

Hi, during switching from Sunrise to swisscom, i was told to upload the penalty charges from my previous provider aka Sunrise to swisscom platform, and that swisscom would refund up to 500chf of the penalty charges, over a split repayment period. Where can i upload the penalty invoice? How long does it take to hear back on whether its been approved?

You can simply upload the bill of your previous provider on the following link under the step 3 https://bit.ly/3hF4hVT


We will then credit your termination fees (up to CHF 500.-) on your Swisscom Mobile bill, spread over 12 months.
