keeping swisscom number with different provider

hello, if i change providers and want to keep my current number, will Swisscom charge a fee?

Hello @Zoppauwie74 ,

Yes you can keep your phone number for free. You just need to ask to the new provider send transfer order to swisscom and specify respect the contract termination deadline.

As already told by @Biorn1950 the new provider have to transfer the Phone-Number. You cant transfer the phone-number by contacting Swisscom or also after the Contract at swisscom has ended or you got another number by your new provider!
