I never received my deposit after 12 months of having service. My contract began in 2015.

What is the address that I can write for the return of my deposit.

Yes, I have spoken with them. They claim that I should have gotten my deposit back after a year, but I didn't and they don't have any traces of the deposit in their system 😕
