Communication problem

Well, I`m moving to Switzerland and I choose swisscom.

So now, I got an email that you guys need to talk to me, but you a telco company aren`t able to call a german phone and I can`t call your 0800 number since I`m in germany

In the end a evil never ending loop

Would be good to know what do you need from me in an email or just call me to my german number that I asume that Swisscom has enough founds for such international call
