Mobile telephony impaired

Dear Community

 

This afternoon between 14:33 and 14:48, telephoning via the mobile network, sending SMS and MMS as well as using the mobile internet were affected by a disruption throughout Switzerland.

 

The situation is returning to normal, but there may be restrictions for some customers. We apologise for the disruption.

Phone calls via the mobile network and data connections are fully available again. If Swisscom services do not work as usual, restart your mobile device. The cause is currently unknown and will be analysed in detail later.
