Call ID Spoofing

Seems someone is using my mobile number to spoof others.

 

Since past few days I am getting calls from people who tells me that they have a call from my number, although I did not call them.

 

What can I do about this?

contact the known persons concerned by these calls by another channel

(mail, wi-fi call, another known number, instant messaging app, etc.) to check the validity of calls

do not answer these calls if considered abusive

temporarily block the caller's number if repetitive, annoying and necessary

 

activate the callfilter via the Swisscom Cockpit
Enter mobile number

 

in the event of abusive calls, contact the Swisscom Hotline directly

Select your request and contact Swisscom by hotline, chat or text message.

Spoofing is a global issue which impacts all providers. Usually the calls stopped after a few days.
