We have a Huawei mobile hotspot device from Swisscom. It has limited data each month and we keep running out of data. We are told we cannot top it up or add more data. Can anyone confirm if this is true, surely Swisscom would welcome more money from its customers. I am coming to the conclusion that the only option is to buy a second one as back up. We do not want to take out a contract as we are not sure how long we will be in Switzerland but we require access to the internet at all time. Thank you.
