No internet at home!

Even I hadn't receive any bills at home and after tired times I've figured out that Swisscom told me they've sent to me through email (and I didn't receive any email from swisscom neither), I paid the outstanding bills on 31th october using credit card around 17h (Swisscom must unblock after 30 min, when the customer use credit card as the payment method). Today (02nd, November) until now (11am) I don't have Internet at home. I've tried many times to talk with the Swisscom Hotline in order to solve it in a friendly way, but nothing happened until now. This kind of treatment, It's totally unrespectfull. 

Swisscom already had confirmed my payments, already charged me 40chf and I still haven't internet at home. It's not reliable this kind of behaivor. Totally disgusting!

contact the hotline 0800 800 800 again and hope that someone will really take their time.
